Anne Marie (Russell) Abbott, 44 of Mtn. Grove, MO passed away on February 8, 2022 at 6:58PM at the Ozarks Health Care in West Plains, MO. She was born on August 30, 1977 in Indio, CA the daughter of David and Lynnette Russell.

Anne moved to the West Plains area when she was 2 years old with her father and two older siblings. She attended the West Plains and Fairview schools; later moving to the Mtn. Grove and Cabool area at the age of 15 and attended Mtn. Grove schools and later Cabool School where she graduated.

Anne met and married Timothy Headings and to this union they had a beautiful daughter, Kathrene Elizabeth. She later met Mr Abbott and they had 4 beautiful children, Chelsey Faith, Madison Lorene and twins, Seth Roland and Abigale Leann. She has been separated from her husband for the past 18 years and resided in Mtn. Grove area since.

Anne was the most caring and sharing person most have had the pleasure to meet. She would give the clothing off her back and her last blanket to anyone and would open her door to anyone in need of shelter. She would offer a warm stay and any food she had to offer no matter the cost to herself. Her brothers say she is the best and sweetest sister a brother could ever have.

Anne was preceded in death by her mother, Lynnette. She is survived by her father, David Russell; mom, Debby Conant; husband, Rodney Abbott; brothers, Michael Russell, Jerry Russell, John Young, Raymond Young, Keith Young, Donald Releford; her children, Kathrene and husband, Bill Casby, Chelsey Henry, Madison Henry, Seth Henry and Abigale Henry and granddaughters, Violet and Skarlett Midkiff. Anne was surrounded by loved ones during her illness.
