IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Annetta Marie
Rebmann
November 15, 1939 – October 16, 2015
Annetta Marie Rebmann, 75 of Mtn. Grove, MO passed away on Friday, Oct. 16, 2015 at the Autumn Oaks Care Center. She was born on November 15, 1939 near Mtn. Grove the daughter of Walter J. and Anetta (West) Chaney.
Marie lived with her family on the farm east of town before moving in to town. Her sister, Doreen was living in Washington and asked if she would like to move there and stay with the children while they were working; she enjoyed being with family and the new region of the country. She later returned to Mtn. Grove and went to work in a small café off the square, this is where her sewing skills were noticed; a customer asked her where she got her dress and when she told her she made it the customer wanted her to make her one, this led to a rewarding and long lasting job.
Marie dedicated her life to the Lord at an early age and was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Mtn. Grove; attending as long as her health permitted.
Marie was united in marriage to Dean "Bud" Rebmann and they enjoyed working together with the cattle and feeding calves. She always enjoyed visiting with people and after retirement she started sewing and crocheting again; the afghans she made were well done and beautiful.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dean "Bud" Rebmann and two sisters, Marian Rust of Mtn. Grove, MO and Doreen Benton of Opportunity, WA. She is survived by two sisters, Clara Berkley of Brea, CA and Eula May Spence of San Antonio, TX; and one brother, Jack Chaney of Phoenix, AZ. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
