Obituary:

Billy Otis Foster was born on May 26, 1949 in Placerville, CA the son of Virgil and Virginia Foster. He left this world on Sept. 11, 2020 at his home near Mtn. Grove, MO at the age of 71 years and 3 months.

Bill worked for several years at the Rawlings Factory in Willow Springs but spent more years working and running his Flea Market in Cabool. He loved his car and really enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Bill and Irene were a couple for 34 years and were officially married on March 8, 2020; his love for Irene was exceptional. He always put his family first; love for his family was always important, especially his kids and grandchildren.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; his mother-in-law and father-in-law; grandparents and 3 sisters-in-law. He is survived by his wife, Irene of the home; 3 children, Anna Fritz and Earl Hopkins of Cabool, MO, Freddy Fritz and Hilary Wake of Willow Springs, MO and Samantha Fritz and Timmy Hines of Mtn. Grove, MO; 9 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mary Palmer and Pat Wake and husband, Richard; a brother, Larry Foster and wife, Reda and a host of nieces and nephews.
