Obituary:
Carlos Eduardo Vargas Castillo, 77 of Cabool, MO left this world for a better place on Oct. 20, 2020 at his home. He was born on Sept. 17, 1943 in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Carlos was a great man and a loyal friend to all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Ellen; daughter, Carla Lancaster and husband, Brian; his son, Michael Vargas and a granddaughter, LiliAnn Lancaster. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
