Obituary:

Christine Detrick Shawbaker, 74, of Willow Springs, MO and formerly of Kansas City, KS. passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014, at the home of her daughter in Willow Springs, MO. Christine was born to John M. and Christine (Buss) Dillman in K.C., KS. on May 5, 1940.

She graduated from Christ the King grade school, Bishop Ward High School-Class of 1959. Christine was very artistic, painting pictures at the request of family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, Bernard, Frank, Martin, John and Joseph; sisters, Virginia Haggard and Carol E. Hardy. She is survived by her two children; Bryan Detrick (wife Kathy) and Teresa Detrick (husband Tom Williams), grandchildren, Jessica Reyes (husband Angel), Taylor Dawson, Zachary Detrick, Patrick Detrick and Kelsi Detrick; and a sister, Mary Ann Hays.

She is with our Lord and Savior and forever in our thoughts and hearts.
