Obituary:

Curtis Dale Patterson, 76 of Cabool, MO passed away on May 13, 2017 at his home.  He was born on May 14, 1940 in Wichita, KS the son of Dorel and Francis Patterson.

Curtis was a retired Navy, First Class Petty Officer. He loved to garden, building things, collecting antiques and spending time with family and friends. He was the light of our lives and touched everyone he knew. He was a wonderful, giving, kind, caring, good hearted man. He always had a joke or story to make you laugh. He was full of life, love and humor. He will be greatly missed by all.

Curtis is survived by his parents, Francis Jackson and Dorel Patterson; siblings, Darlene Knapp-Roe and Sue Patterson; half- brother, Jim; cousin, Jim Patterson; daughter, Crista Curbow and husband,  Kenny; step children, Michelle McPherson, Shawntelle Hargrove and Anthony Hargrove and grandchildren,  Makyla Riggs, Shona Riggs and Kendell Curbow.
