Dorothy Olive Middleton, daughter of Loyd and Olva (Barton) Fry, was born on Feb. 18, 1928 in Rialto, CA.  She went home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2023 in the Kabul Nursing Home at the age of 95.

As a young child she moved with her family to Mtn. Grove, MO.  On March 26, 1949, she was united in marriage to Ray Middleton and to this union they were blessed with two sons, Danny and Tim and two daughters, Phyllis and Jeanie.

Dorothy was a member of Willow Springs Free Will Baptist Church north of Mtn. Grove and attended as long as her health permitted.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray on Sept. 22, 1995; a brother, Phillip Fry; sisters, Nora Jane Barker and Fern Hill and a son-in-law, Lynn Jones.  She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Danny Middleton and wife, Sheila, Phyllis Jones, Jeanie Morris and husband, Lloyd and Tim Middleton and wife, Melissa; 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; brother, Wayne Fry; sisters-in-law, Pat Evans and husband, Jim and Betty Dale; as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
