Edward "Eddie" Robert Simon, 81 of Cabool, MO left this world on March 30, 2022 at his home. He was born on January 16, 1941 in Cedar Rapids, IA the son of Edward and Marie (Mottinger) Simon.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, John and Steve. He is survived by his wife, Linda; sons, Edward Simon of New York City and Troy Simon and wife, Beverly of St. Petersburg, FL; daughter, Natalie and husband, Darrell Jones of St. Petersburg, FL; stepchildren, Timothy Bailey and wife, Denise of Jackson, MO, Melanie Cook and husband, Doug and Levi Estep and wife, Doris all of Cabool, MO; sister, Chris Leonard and husband, George of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, great grandchildren and many special friends.
