Eileen Emily Hollenbeck, 79 of Marshfield, MO passed away Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022 at her home with family by her side.  She was born April 19, 1943 in Houston, MO the daughter of John Henry "Steve" & Josephine May Steffens.

Eileen grew up in the Raymondville community. She lived in Cabool for a number of years.

Eileen was united in marriage to Morris Hollenbeck on June 30, 1969, This union was blessed with two daughters. Michelle and Stephanie.

Eileen loved to sing in the church choir here at Maness Memorial Baptist Church. She was a valued church member! One of the highlights of her life was being engaged in the Card Ministry. Every year at your birthday she would send you a beautiful card to help celebrate. When you needed a word of encouragement Eileen would write encouraging words inside a card and send it to your address.

Eileen loved her Lord--her personal Savior!. She also loved her family! Nothing pleased her more than to visit with family and close friends. The television show--Highway to Heaven was her favorite. Eileen was the very happiest when a loved one would bring her a Dr. Pepper! That contagious and warm smile and cheerful attitude would always brighten your day. We love you Eileen and miss you and one of these days will see you again.

Eileen was preceded in death by two brothers, Stanley and Howard and her husband, Morris.  She is survived by her daughters, Michelle McDowell and husband, Issac of Marshfield, MO and Stephanie Lane and husband, Dennis of Mtn. Grove, MO; a grandson, Austin McDowell and Hannah of Marshfield; four great grandchildren, Braden, Mason, Emily and Karter McDowell; as well as a great number of family members in the state of California. She will be greatly missed by her family, close friends, and her church family. It was said recently by someone close to the family--we have been enriched by her presence, joy, and life!
