M. Eli Hensley, son of Lana (Kile) and Richard Hensley was born on February 16, 1965 and went to be with his heavenly family on February 26, 2024 at the age of 59 years and 10 days.

Eli was a fun loving good hearted guy; he loved to fish and cook for everyone and he loved his dog, Lily.  He was especially close to his only nephew, Billy Hensley.

Eli was preceded in death by his twin sons who were stillborn; his grandmothers, Delphia Kile and Vada Turner and four uncles, Danny Aldridge, Clarel Cantrell, Bill Hensley and Ronnie Hensley.  He is survived by his mother, Lana Hensley of Cabool; his father, Richard Hensley of Ferris, TX; sister, Angela Hummer of Ferris, TX; nephew, Billy Hensley of Cabool; three nieces, Summer Moore (Will), Tori Healy (Johnny) and Cameron Richardson; two great nieces, Marlea Moore and Carter Richardson (Little Johnny), he loved them both dearly; three uncles, Jim, Terry and Kirby Kile; aunt, Nancy Foster and husband, Don as well as many cousins and lots of friends.
