Florence Louisa Brown, 97 of Ozark, MO and formerly of Cabool, MO passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at the Baptist Home in Ozark, MO. She was born on July 9, 1915 in Tonkawa, OK the daughter of Clarence and Nina (Trent) Taylor.

Florence was united in marriage to James Carl Brown on Jan. 10, 1934 and to this union six children were born. She was a long time member of the Cabool First Baptist Church. She moved from Cabool in July 1997 and became a resident of the Baptist Home in Ozark, MO.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Carl Brown; and a daughter, Barbara Reavis. She is survived by five children, Clarence E. Brown and wife, Betty Rae of Detroit, MI, Nina Halbrook of St. Louis, MO, Lucile J. Sieving of Des Moines, IA, Roger Brown and wife, Betty of Austin, TX and Donald Brown and wife, Sherry of Leavenworth, KS; two brothers, William Taylor and wife, Juanita of Mtn. Grove, MO and George Taylor and wife, Betty of Cabool, MO; a sister, Frances Davis of Ozark, MO; a son-in-law, David Reavis of Lawrence, KS; 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
