George Terrill "Terry" Rackley, 74 of Cabool, MO passed away September 6, 2019 in Ozark, MO after a brief illness. Terry was born on June 21, 1945 in Cabool to the late George and Mary Rackley.
Terry graduated from Cabool High School in 1963. Terry spent time right out of high school traveling extensively through Kansas, building grain elevators; he also worked for a short time for McDonell Douglas in St. Louis. Terry was a veteran of the United States Army and served one tour of duty in Vietnam.
Terry retired from Mid-Am Creamery in Cabool after 46 years of total service. He loved to tell funny stories of his time at Mid-Am, with his buddies he truly cherished. Terry also loved spending time with his family and watching sports.
Terry was preceded in death by his step granddaughter, Taellor Stearns. He is survived by his daughter, Teri and husband, Steve Smyer, daughter, Mikki Rackley and son, Brady Rackley and wife, Kelly; sisters, Cheryl (Donnie) Cantrell and Barbara Wilcox; Terry is also survived by friend, Louise Rackley; step daughter, Tara Rogers and step son, Travis (Tammy Stearns); grandchildren, Brittaney (Brad) Meinershagen, Tiffani (Josh) Wright, Maverick Amburn, Bailey (Cody) Wilmeth, Sophie Rackley, Anna "Pixie" Rackley, Elias Keatts, Markea Rogers, Devon Stearns, Slaton Stearns and Antonio Stearns; great grandchildren, Trey Wright, Brody Royer, Drake Wilmeth, Maci Wilmeth , River Wright, Brantley Meinershagen, Scarlett Wilmeth and Breyer Meinershagen; as well as many friends that will dearly miss him.
