Obituary:

Henry Louis "Chip" Davis passed from this earth on Sunday October 17, 2021 in Houston, MO.  He was born on January 28th 1942 in Greenwood, MS.

Chip relocated to Missouri after a retiring from a long career with General Motors Acceptance Corporation.  Chip enjoyed his retirement and loved his friends at the Houston Walmart and local restaurants.

Chip was preceded in death by his parents Mr. H.L. Davis and Mrs. Josephine Carter.  He is survived by his wife, Betty Sheaffer Davis of Houston; a daughter Sloane Davis Tyner (Mitchell) and 3 grandchildren; Abigail Tyner of Chicago, IL, Mitchell Tyner and Jackson Tyner of Ridgeland, MS.
