Leroy Wake, 71 of Cabool, MO, son of the late Manuel T. and Rosie A. (Collins) Wake was born on July 29, 1946 at Willow Springs, MO.  He passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at his home in Cabool, MO.

Leroy was united in marriage to the love of his life, Joan Melton on May 20, 1964.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Julie Moore and husband, Herman; brothers, Doyle Wake, Dale Wake and Lonnie Wake and wife, Dorothy.  He is survived by his wife, Joan of the home; his sons, James Wake and wife, Nina and Roger Wake and wife, Lisa; four grandchildren, Chad Smith, Amanda Wake, Roger L. Wake and Lacey Austin; seven great grandchildren, Daeton Wake, Gavin Wake, Trysen Wake, Rainy Jarrett, Cadence Jarrett, Cody Smith and Corey Smith; three great great grandchildren; two brothers, Earnest T. Wake and wife, Mabel and Jim Wake and wife, Jeanne all of Cabool; sisters-in-law, Linda Wake of Willow Springs, MO and Kathy Wake of Springfield, MO; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
