Janey Lucille Colvin, 92 of Cabool, MO passed away on September 4, 2025 at the Kabul Nursing Home surrounded by her family.  She was born on December 12, 1932 in Douglas County, MO the daughter of Austin and Mima (Bittick) Hines.

Janey married William "Bill" Colvin on July 15, 1950 in Hardy, AR and to this union four daughters were born, Susie, Teresa, Tammy and Tina.  They were married 67 years before Bill's passing in 2017.

Janey worked at Brown Shoe for may years then worked at Kabul Nursing Home as a Med Tech.

Janey will be remembered for her sewing talents, her smile and generosity and her beautiful white hair.

Janey was preceded by her parents; her husband, Bill; seven siblings and one great grandchild, Noah.  She is survived by her daughters, Suzie (Sam) Berry, Teresa (Dennis) Freeman, Tammy (Tim) Weston and Tina (Roy) Boykin; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 15 great great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
