Obituary:

Jimmie Dean Aldridge passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2013 while at the Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO at the age of 65 years, 11 months and 12 days. He was born on April 30, 1947 in Tyrone, MO the son of Delmar and Goldie (Hall) Aldridge.

Jim was united in marriage to Carlene Crewse on July 6, 1967 in Graff, MO and to this union four children were born.

Mr. Aldridge was a devout Christian. He enjoyed working on old cars and was a well-known mechanic that always helped his neighbors. He was employed at Bailey Chevrolet and UPS together for many years; as well as his own garage at his home. He enjoyed stock car racing, car shows and helping his sons fix up old cars.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Carlene of the home, his children, Tim Aldridge and Mike Aldridge both of Republic, MO, Rodney Alrdidge of Willow Springs, MO and Mark Aldridge and wife, Missy of Republic, MO; grandchildren, Lindsay Aldridge of Marshall, MO, Kendra Aldridge of Willow Springs, MO, Alexa Aldridge of Bolivar, MO, Maddox and Morgan Aldridge of Republic, MO; as well as numerous friends and relatives. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
