Obituary:

Jimmie Lee Hale, 76 of Cabool, MO passed away on July 16, 2018 at the Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, MO after a long struggle with cancer. He was born on December 10, 1941 in Cabool, MO the son of Earl and Ruth (Colburn) Hale. He was a lifelong resident of Cabool, MO.

Jimmie served our country honorably in the US Army and was discharged in 1962. Jimmie, (Catfish) to all his truck driver friends, enjoyed traveling and was blessed to see many places while he was employed as an over the road truck driver until he retired.

Jimmie was a witty man of few words, but you always knew where you stood with him.

Jimmie is survived by his daughters, Dalelynn Lapuh of Miles City, MT, Jackie Delynn Masseth of Horace, ND and Pamela Sue Hale of Cabool, MO; he was blessed to be the grandfather of Troy Michael Hale, who is currently serving in the US Navy.

Per his request, there will be no funeral services, but Jimmie, who continued to be witty till the end would say "over and out".
