Obituary:

Johnny Lee Gould, 72 of Mtn. Grove, MO was born on March 11, 1949 in Springfield, MO the son of Mildred (Hubbell) Gould and Willard Gould. He joined other family members in heaven on October 13, 2021 while at the Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, MO.

Johnny was a small engine and auto mechanic for several years. He also worked as a sawmill laborer and truck driver. He enjoyed playing music with his friends and getting together with family for all occasions. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Johnny was preceded in death by his wife, Debra D. Gould; his mother, Mildred Lacy; his father, Willard Gould; step father, John C. Lacy and an infant brother, Willard Jay Gould. He is survived by his son, Randy Lacy and companion, Lisa Lathrom of Mtn. Grove, MO; his daughter, Cheryl Gould and companion, Ricky Hobbs of Mtn. Grove, MO; two grandsons, Seth Lacy and wife, Brittinie of Norwood, MO and Johnny Blake Gould of Mtn. Grove, MO; two granddaughters, Britney Lacy and Lilly Gould of Mtn. Grove, MO; one great granddaughter, Paisley Robbins of Mtn. Grove, MO; three brothers, Bill Lacy and wife, Denise of Melba, ID, Luther (Spud) Gould and wife, Bonnie of Cabool, MO and Roger Gould and wife, Deana of Mtn. Grove, MO; two sisters, Wendy Forbes and husband, Bill of Glasgow, MO and Gloria (Cookie) Sterner and husband, John of Mtn. Grove, MO; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother and friend to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by all.
