Obituary:

Judith L. Boyd, 80 of Cabool, MO passed away on Dec. 31, 2020 at the Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. She was born on Jan. 29, 1940 in Overland Park, KS the daughter of Park Gibson and Ruth (Brown) Hall.

In the 1940's her parents moved with her and two young siblings to Santa Ana, CA where she attended grade school and graduated high school in 1957. She married Arlen Woodbury in Santa Ana in 1958 and divorced in 1960. She had one son, Kevin Park Woodbury (Boyd). Judith married Robert "Bob" Boyd in Orange, CA in 1960. They have two children in addition to Kevin, Catherine Bridgewater and Steven.

Judith worked for Kmart in the shipping and returns department for 20 years in Norco, CA then Cedar Rapids, IA. In 1993, she retired with Bob and moved to Cabool to farm, fish and build a rural house in an area having good folks/neighbors. She was big into quilting, painting, arts, crafts, books and gardening.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings. She is survived by her husband Bob of the home; three children, Kevin of Arizona, Catherine of Iowa and Steven of California; a sister, Martha Sue Soldon of Texas; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild due this month. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
