Kenneth Leland Reese, 83 of Cabool, MO was born on June 24, 1933 at Vanzant, MO the son of Niten and Hazel Reese.  He went to be with his heavenly father on March 30, 2017 at the Kabul Nursing Home.

Kenneth was a very loving man who thought of everyone before his self, you didn't talk to him very long before he would tell you how good the Lord had been to him.  He loved gospel music, traveling miles to hear the quartets.  He enjoyed singing with his own family on weekends and at revivals.

He truly lived a Christian life; even thru this sick time he kept telling us he was going home.  He gave his life to the Lord at an early age and attended the Providence Church.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Thomas and a sister, Elizabeth.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ernestine; three daughters, Janet Justice of Wagoner, OK, Vickie Crumbley and husband, Jerry of Birmingham, AL and Ladonna Kennedy of Mtn. Grove; 5 granddaughters; 1 grandson; 12 great grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Stumpff of Mt. Vernon and a host of nieces and nephews who thought the world of him.  He loved his family dearly and will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
