Obituary:

Lee Edward "Eddie" Lewis, 75 of Cabool, MO passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, MO. He was born on December 11, 1936 in Texas County, MO the son of Ora and Lola (Rimel) Lewis.

Eddie started hauling milk at a early age, back when milk cans were used, until advancing to the tank truck where worked until retiring from DFA. He was a good friend and neighbor and was always willing to help anyone in need. He made a lot of friends over the years on his milk route and those he talked to on the CB radio, where he was known as "Gator".

Eddie gave his life to the Lord several years ago and attended Bethel Bible Church as long as his health permitted.

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents; a baby sister and his first wife, Jan. He is survived by his wife, Jacquie of the home; several cousins; his music and dancing friends who love him; two special people, Bill and Patty Hamilton and many other friends.
