Lillian Emma Chappell, 81 of Villa Ridge, MO and formerly of Cabool, MO passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at her home. She was born on March 19, 1933 in Irondale, MO the daughter of the late Louis W. and Minnie Belle (Berry) Lashley. She grew up in the Irondale area with many beloved brothers and sisters.

Lillian was united in marriage to Kenneth Chappell on June 25, 1949 and had celebrated 65 years of marriage this year. She enjoyed attending Mt. Pisgah Freewill Baptist Church while living in Cabool and would come back to visit when able. She was the happiest when with her family and dearly loved them and especially the babies and kids; she loved the grandchildren and great grandchildren so much.

Lillian was preceded in death by her parents and three sons, Ricky, Robert and Walter Chappell. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth of the home; her children, Donna Milberg-Forbis, Jerry Wayne Chappell and Randy Chappell; grandchildren, Darla Hunter, Jason Chappell, Jesse Chappell, Burt Milberg, Dan Milberg, Bob Milberg, Gus Milberg and Julia Milberg; numerous great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Juanita Flagman of California, Eugene Lashley of Irondale, MO, Betty Dugal of Bonne Terre, MO and Lucille Godin of Edwardsville, IL; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
