Obituary:

Linda Doriene Archer, 72 of Cabool, MO passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. She was born on the family farm at "Liberty Tree" north of Mtn. Grove, MO on January 4, 1943 the daughter of Walter & Erica (Fletcher) Mitchell.

She graduated from Mtn. Grove High School with the class of 1961; later she accepted Jesus into her heart & was baptized at Whetstone Creek.

Linda spent many years in the health care industry. She later retired from Riverways Home Health Agency. Her hobbies included quilting, horse-back riding, bowling and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Manes Memorial Baptist Church in Cabool, MO and attended regularly as long as her health allowed.

Linda had three children from her first marriage, Timothy Privett, Tammy Cathey and Teresa Keehner. Later in life she was united in marriage on February 2, 1990 to Jerry Archer.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Erica Mitchell; two brothers, Larry Mitchell Sr. and Dean Mitchell; an infant granddaughter, Nocona Grace Keehner and infant great-grandson Brody Lee Jameson.  She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry of the home; one brother, JD Mitchell of Mtn. Grove; one sister, Wanda and husband, Tom Young of Hartville, MO; three children, Timothy Privett of Phoenix City, Alabama, his two children, Levi and Tess Privett; Tammy Cathey of Mountain View, MO, her three children, Coty Janes, Ashley Harrill and Amber Jameson; Teresa Keener of Mountain Grove, Missouri, husband, Richard Keehner and their five children, Michael Altis, and Gailene Altis, Telisha, Miranda and Nocona Keehner; one great-grandson, Corbin Janes; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends who are all close to her heart.
