Lorene Emeline Schebaum, 92 of Cabool, MO passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the St. John's Regional Health Center in Springfield, MO. She was born on Aug. 7, 1918 at Yukon, MO the daughter of the late Elmer and Bessie (Elliott) Dixon. She was saved at the age of 12 during a revival at the Oak Ridge School.

Lorene was united in marriage to John Schebaum on March 13, 1944. He preceded her in death on July 7, 2000. She moved back to Cabool on July 28, 2000. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church of Waynesville, MO, but she served the Lord faithfully all her life when and where ever she could.

Lorene is survived by her sister, Lucille Bell; sister in law, Freda Braum; a niece, Connie; a nephew, Ron and many friends and cousins.
