Obituary:
Mable Maxine Peachee,
89 of Cabool, MO passed on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at Mercy Hospital in
Springfield, Missouri, with her family at her side.
Mable was born on October 28, 1923 in
Cartney, Arkansas to Ralph and Della (Watson) Stark. In the late 1920s, Ralph
moved his family to Pleasant Grove, MO, where Mable grew up with six siblings.
She graduated from Cabool High School with the class of 1942.
Mable was united in marriage to Delmar Peachee on November 7, 1946. They raised
a family of one son and two daughters in Cabool, a place they both loved. Mable
loved fishing, quilting, cooking/gardening, but most of all spending time with
her family. Mable was a very loyal St. Louis Cardinals fan.
She was a member of the Cabool United
Methodist Church.
Mable was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Della Stark; her
siblings, Ella Mae, Herschel, Hazel, Pat and Pauline and her twin brother,
Melvin.
Mable is survived by her husband
of 67 years, Delmar; her three children: Tippy Peachee and wife, Janie of
Garland, Texas, Carolyn and husband, Dan White of Springfield and Pam and
husband, Darrell Brown of Cabool. Mable had nine grandchildren, eight
great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Mable was a very special person who was loved
by all.
