The family will host a memorial service and luncheon on Feb. 22, 2020 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Summersville VFW Post 7222. Inurnment will be at 2:30pm in the LVB Cooper Family Cemetery in Summersville, MO

Obituary:

Marty Carl Price, 54 of Cabool, MO passed away on Jan. 26, 2020. He was born on May 8, 1965 in St. Louis, MO the son of Jerry Dale and Orba Jean Price.

Marty grew up in Summersville, MO and moved to Denison, TX in 1985 where he worked for many years. He moved to Cabool in 2013 to care for his mother and brother. He was loved by many people for his kind nature toward everyone he met.

Marty was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and "Jeannie" Price; his grandmother, Granny Ruby; great niece, Adalynn Faith Price; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his son, Steven Akers and wife, Ashley; granddaughters, Zoie, Oakleigh and Preslee of Cullman, AL that he dearly loved and adored; several siblings, Kelly Emery of Washington, Lisa Tate and husband, Jimmy of Cabool, Bo Price and Tracey of Southmayd, TX, Denice Lynn Price of Pottsboro, TX, Jeff Price and Landra of Denison, TX, Kenny Price and wife, Ashley of Allen, TX, Scott Price and Savannah of Farris, OK and Jeremy Price of Cabool, MO; foster sisters, Sherry Lynn and Elaine Evilsizer of Biloxi, MS; several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews that he loved very much.
