Obituary:

Mildred Rose Rust, 96 of Cabool, MO passed away on Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, MO. She was born on February 25, 1916 in Kansas, the daughter of Albert Quincy and Carrie (Mix) Roberts.

In 1935, Mildred was united in marriage to Harold Rust and to this union one son, Harold Dean and one daughter, Sandy was born. She was a member of the Cabool Brethren Church and enjoyed sewing and reading as long as her health permitted.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Harold Dean Rust; sisters, Margie Loughridge and Ruth Wilson; brothers, Larry Roberts and Albert "Bud" Roberts and a step-brother, Orlyn Gepson. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Mayfield and husband, Donald of Stillwell, KS; a granddaughter, Terry Range; a grandson, Marty Mayfield; great grandsons, Troy and Corey Mayfield; great great granddaughters, Myah and Madi Mayfield; a sister-in-law, Muriel Rust Reynold; and a host of nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
