Patrick Henry McGearey, Jr., 67 passed away on Oct. 1, 2023 at the Kabul Nursing Home.  He was born on May 21, 1956 at the Oak Park Hospital in Chicago, IL the son of Patrick Henry, Sr and Pauline (Schlotterbeck) McGearey.

Pat graduated with the Cabool High School Class of 1974.  While in school he played basketball and then league softball after graduating.  He then attended and graduated with honors from Wyoming Tech in 1975.

Pat married Katherine Brown, they were married for five years.   He liked riding motorcycles and shooting guns of all kinds.

Pat drove a truck for many years until his health no longer permitted.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his brother, James McGearey and wife, Tena; niece, Kimberly Beavers and Chaney all of Mtn. Grove, MO; nephew, Richard McGearey and Amber of Siloam Springs, AR; 2 great nieces, Abbi Jane and Brooklyn and 2 great nephews, Jase and Luke.  He will be missed many family and friends.
