Richard Lee Colborn, 75 of Cabool, MO passed away on Monday, April, 29, 2024 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.  he was born on January 6, 1949 in Sargent, MO the fourth child of Frank and Effie (Steeley) Colborn.

Richard quit school to help his dad with the milk route.  In the 70's he was drafted into the Army where he proudly served his country.  After his discharge from the Army he started his career as a over the road truck driver.  Richard was united in marriage to Norma Jean Roberts in the 1990's.  He always enjoyed family get togethers and going to auctions and yard sales.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Norma Jean; five brothers, Merlin, Dwayne, Dwight, Denver and David; two brothers-in-law, Carl Owens and Sophus Hicks and one sister-in-law, Elaine.  He is survived by his girlfriend, Grace; two brothers, Merle and wife, Edith and Darrell all of Cabool; two sisters, Glenda Owens of Pekin, IL and Rita Hicks of Cabool; sister-in-law, Beverly; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.
