Obituary:
Ricky Joe Penner passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2017. He was born in Cabool, MO on August 21 1964 and was residing in Cabool when he passed away at the age of 53.
Rick had an associate's degree from Crowder College in Neosho, MO. His love for computers, lead him to his career working in the computer industry. Rick loved to be around family and friends and he enjoyed being outdoors. He was a well-loved man by many. He was always full of stories, no matter what the topic; you would always see him with a smile. Rick truly lived life to the fullest.
Rick was preceded in death his father, Doyne Penner; grandparents, Euel and Gladys Penner and Wayne and Mildred Rust. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn K (Rust) Hanks and (Step) Father, Galen Hanks; sister, Kim (Penner) Walker (Stormy) and brother; Kevin Penner (Connie); 5 nephews and 1 niece; 7 great nephews and 4 great nieces.
