James Wake, 62 of Cabool, MO, son of Leroy and Joan Wake was born February 13, 1961 in Cabool, MO. He passed away July 12, 2023.

James was united in marriage to the love of his life, Nina Harrison on December 9, 1978.

James loved his friends and family dearly. He was kindhearted and would do anything for anyone. He had a way of making everyone around him laugh with his funny songs, voices, and nicknames.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy wake. He is survived by his mother, Joan Wake, wife, Nina Wake, his children, Chad Smith, Amanda Wake, and Lacey Austin; six grandchildren Cody Smith, Corey Smith, Courtney Volner, Rainy Jarrett, Cadence Jarrett, and Gatson Austin; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Roger Wake and wife Lisa. One nephew, Roger Lee Wake; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
