Obituary:
Russell Loman passed away on Saturday August 28, 2010 in Nampa, Idaho while enjoying the day with his brother Ross and his children. He had recently suffered health problems and was aware that every day he had left was a gift.
Russell was born to Oliver and Joanne Loman on April 28, 1961 in Houston, Missouri. He lived in the area until his parents divorced and then his father and mother eventually moved to Idaho. As a child, Russell was very quiet and shy but once he warmed to someone he was friendly and loved to have fun. There are many fond memories of childhood shared by his family and Russell always seemed to be right in the middle of the fun.
Russell graduated from Caldwell High School and drifted back to the Ozarks. He loved to live in Missouri. Russell had a child, Roxanne Rey. He moved back to Idaho to be near her. In his last years, Russell worked at Mirage trailers in Nampa and enjoyed being with his family and friends here.
Russell was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Loman and his step-mother, Charyl Loman. He is survived by his mother, Joanne Meredith of Nampa; his brother, Oliver Loman, Jr. of Tallahassee, FL; sister, Brenda Loman and his niece, Ashleigh Loman of Houston, MO; brother, Ross Loman and niece, Mackenzie and nephew, Ryker Loman of Nampa; step-brother, Joe Navarro of Nampa and his daughter, Roxanne Rey.
Because of financial hardship, Russell had no estate. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Ross Loman, P.O. Box 191187, Boise, Idaho 83719 or c/o the funeral home.
