Obituary:
Sandra Mae (Little) Chapman was born on November 10, 1955 in Beatrice, Nebraska, the daughter of Roberta and Val Little. She passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011 in Cabool, Missouri at the age of 55.
Sandie attended and graduated from Beatrice High School and was united in marriage to Daniel Wade Chapman on April 16, 1973 and to this union two daughters were born, Stacie Lynn and Shawnna Marie. They both served in the US Army and were stationed in Fort Worth, Texas.
After living in Wyoming for several years, they decided to move to Missouri. Sandie worked for the City of Willow Springs and also the Willow Springs School District. She left Willow Springs Schools to be the full time bookkeeper for their masonry construction company. In 2000, they purchased Cabool Texaco later becoming Cabool Sinclair.
Sandie lived to garden, plant flowers, fish, play golf and visit the ocean; but most of all she loved spending time with her grandsons, Spencer and Brenton, they were the love of her life.
She touched many lives and was always willing to help anyone in need; Sandie had a heart of gold, cared for everyone and was never quick to judge.
Sandie was preceded in death by her father, Val D. Little; father-in-law, John Chapman; and her grandparents, Ruka and Ernest Buss. She is survived by her daughter, Stacie Brown and husband, Rance and grandson, Spencer of Cabool, MO; daughter, Shawnna Chapman and grandson, Brenton of Cabool, MO; mother, Roberta Pageler and husband, Virg of Forsythe, MO; brothers, Steve Little and wife, Teresa of Dewitt, NE, Dennis Little of Beatrice, NE and Tim Little and wife, Norma of Helton, KS; sister, Debbie Allen and husband, Jerry of Pleasant Dale, NE; mother-in-law, Marlene Christenson of Beatrice, NE; sisters-in-law, Pam Sturwalt and husband Bud of Wymore, NE and Sheri Argo and husband, Dan of Maryville, KS; as well as a host of other family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
