Obituary:

Terry Lee Bradshaw, 59, of Cabool, Missouri died Saturday, March 4, 2017, after a short battle with cancer. Born in Cabool on June 11, 1957 to Jackie and Marilyn Bradshaw, Terry grew up in the Norwood community graduating from Norwood High School in 1975. Terry's talent shined through his life work as a mechanic. Abundant friendships and ultimate respect for his talent were discovered through his early years of employment at local car dealerships. Later Terry used his mechanical talents to serve his community through a 25 year career at the City of Cabool.
Almost 19 years ago Terry married his life partner and soul mate, Missy Taylor. They exchanged their wedding vows while flying over Cabool in an airplane piloted by his friend and then employer, Bob Coats. From that moment, Terry excelled as a loving and devoted father to their two girls, Shelby and Taylor. Terry also quickly earned a special spot in the hearts of his extended family as he loved learning the ropes of farming alongside his in-laws. Fewer things made him happier than solving another mechanical project for his father-in-law, Richard, or rescuing his mother-in-law, Roberta, from her many car issues.
Terry valued family time and looked forward to family fishing trips and summer vacations. Through these trips he treated his girls to such adventures as parasailing, cycling, and tubing. Terry combined his love for family and nature by organizing several Colorado elk hunting trips over the years. Those left behind were never sure if he enjoyed the trips as much as he did planning for them and then telling all the wild stories about them when he got home.
Terry was a gentle soul that touched more lives than he ever realized. Survivors include of the home, wife, Missy and daughter, Taylor; daughter, Shelby, son-in-law, Doug and granddaughter, Lilly Walker; mother, Marilyn Raney and husband Ernie; brothers, James Bradshaw, Greg Bradshaw and wife Jeanne; in-laws, Richard and Roberta Taylor; sister-in-law, Teresa (Taylor) Lyness and husband Bobby; nephews, Travis and Jeremy Bradshaw, Richard and Eli Lyness, and nieces, Kaleen Bradshaw, Aleta Lyness; and many, many friends
