Obituary:

Terry David Phillips, 52 of Cabool, MO passed away on January 13, 2017 at his home.  He was born on February 7, 1964 in Williamsport, PA.  Terry and his wife, Cyndi moved to Cabool in 2011 and that is where they call home.

Terry is survived by his wife, Cyndi of the home; son, Josh Reed and daughter-in-law, Kate; his mother and step-father, Laura and Charles Fornaciari; brother, Charles Fornaciari, Jr; father, Deacon Dave Phillips and Kay; his loving grandchildren, Sarah, Zeth and Willow Reed; great grandson, Rowan McCrandel; as well as many other extended family members and close friends.  He will be forever loved and truly missed by all.
