Thurman Hutson Taylor, 86 of Cabool, MO passed away on February 27, 2022 at the Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, MO. He was born on June 22, 1935 in Douglas, AZ the third child of Pleasant Henry and Madeline Edith Taylor.

Thurman married the love of his life, Dorothy Lee Freeman on October 14, 1960; they were married just shy of 60 years.

Thurman followed a passion of wood working; spending the best of 40 years or so making clocks, cabinets, tables or just about anything you could think of. When he wasn't working in his shop you could find him on the front porch, where many friends and family could stop by to visit, share stories and alway a good laugh.

Thurman was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; his parents, Henry and Edith; one brother, Joseph; one sister, Virginia; granddaughter, Pinky (Telika) and twin grandsons, Michael and Eric. He is survived by four daughters, Joan Campbell and Ron Gaston, Marcia Young and husband, Jeff, Patty Rader and husband, Dennis and Betty Katzur and husband, Wayne; son, Kenneth Hutson Taylor and Julie Sparks; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
