Obituary:

Victoria "Vickie" Anne Kelsay, 47 of Cabool, MO passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at her home. She was born on Williamsburg, VA on June 24, 1969 the daughter of William and Mary Hoar.

Victoria's high school years were spent at Cabool High School; she then received her GED and was awarded a full scholarship from Forty and One for Nursing School. She went on to graduate from SMSU School of Nursing and spent 20 years as an RN before she retired.

Victoria was united in marriage to Darrin Kelsay on January 28, 1998; they were married 18 years at the time of her passing. She is survived by Darrin Kelsay, Alivia Nicole Sutton, Taylor Wade Sutton, Danny Trey Sutton, Haley Anne Sutton, Adelin Thompson, William and Mary Hoar, Lauri Young, Justin Windsor, Jeremy Sutton, Jordan Sutton, Layton Kelsay and Ashley Young; as well as many other family and friends.

The family wishes to thank WDT, Houston Wal-Mart, Bethel Bible Church, Cabool 2nd Baptist Church and all of her family and friends.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10:00am at the Bethel Bible Church in Elk Creek with Joe Ben Whetstine officiating. Interment was in the Bethel Cemetery.
