Obituary:

Willard "Bob" Vearl Middleton, son of the late Sanford Francis Middleton and Gladys Almeda (Williams) Middleton was born on March 4, 1932 in Dawson, Missouri and departed this life on August 30, 2016 at his home in Cabool, Missouri at the age of 84.

Bob was a veteran of the Korean War serving from October 15, 1952 until September 11, 1954. Bob was united in marriage to Marjory Lavon Aldridge on March 17, 1955.  To this union, two children were born, Lisa Jo Middleton and Bobby Joe Middleton.   Bob and Marjory owned and operated a pool hall and beauty salon on Main Street in Cabool for many years.  Bob was most known for his years of carpentry work until he retired.   Marjory passed away on July 23, 1992.

On October 13, 2001, Bob was united in marriage to Carolyn Fields. Bob and Carolyn enjoyed working in the yard, gardening and going to yard sales.  Bob also had a love for pool and he spent many days at the Mountain Grove Senior Center doing just that.  He also enjoyed old cars and occasionally you could see him taking a drive in the convertible.  Bob also loved to deer hunt.

In addition to his parents and first wife, Marjory, Bob was preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Middleton of the home; his daughter, Lisa Whitney of Springfield, Missouri; his son, Bobby Middleton and wife, Beth of Cabool; three grandchildren, Desiree Whitney of Springfield, Missouri, Joshua Dewitt of Houston, Missouri and Kyli Middleton of Cabool and two great grandchildren, Marleigh Whitney and Journey Washington of Springfield, Missouri.  Bob was also very fond of his step daughter, Carla Roberts and her family and considered them as his own.  Bob was saved and baptized several years ago and attended Calvary Temple Church in Mountain Grove, Missouri.
